We take pride in ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control by making sure our luxury wigs are fresh, new and only for you. due to hygiene and to maintain this high level of service, we are unable to offer refunds.

Incase you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back to us (in the condition it was sent to you, unused, unworn, untampered and in it’s original packaging) within 7 days of receiving your order (the cost of postage would be your own responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you believe there is a fault or error with your item, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days from your package being marked as received.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

If you experience late delivery, delayed or missed delivery, this will not be accepted as a basis for a refund.
