We’re a small, independent business hand wrapping everything in house, so please allow up to 1-3 working days for products marked as ready to ship – it is dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please wait for these working days to be up before expecting to receive your shipping email & tracking number.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Orders are delivered to you using one of our couriers: royal mail, parcelforce, fedex or dhl

If an item doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame please allow an extra 7 working days.

We are not responsible for any courier delays.

– if you experience late delivery, delayed parcel or missed delivery this will not be accepted as a basis for refund.

All risk of loss / damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises.
